Responsibilities
- Handle incoming technical support queries via phone, email and online chat
- Building trust, loyalty and solid long-term relationships with key customer personnel
- Configure and prepare POS Terminals and peripherals for shipment
- Research and implement new support technologies and procedures
- Be able to work evenings and weekends
Required Talents and Experience
- Logical troubleshooting skills
- Great listening ability
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to multitask in a hectic environment
- Desire to help customers succeed
- Some technical training (degree or diploma) or proven experience
Vivonet has more than 2,500 restaurant and retail customers across Canada and the United States and has grown at more than 200% annually each of the last 3 years. As such, successful candidates will need to be able to raise the performance bar on an already successful team.
Knowledge of the point-of-sale and restaurant marketplace an asset but not a requirement.
