Ryan Volberg - President, Chief Executive Officer, Chairman

| Ryan co-founded Vivonet in 1999 and has served as the company’s President and Chief Executive Officer since that time. Ryan is the driving force behind Vivonet’s 'Enable, Acquire and Organize' retail transactions strategy as well as the visionary behind the Halo™ Secure Web-Based POS product. During Ryan’s tenure, Vivonet created the web based POS category and established itself as the leader in software-as-a-service (SaaS). Ryan also leads the company’s M&A activities and has made a number of strategic acquisitions over the past several years. Prior to co-founding Vivonet, Ryan founded several start-ups including a medical device manufacturer. Ryan studied Business Administration and Psychology at Simon Fraser University as well as Computer Based Information Systems at the University of Victoria. In 2007 Ryan was named to the Vancouver 2007 'Top 40 under 40' list. |

Kevin Falk - Chief Product Officer

| Kevin co-founded Vivonet in 1999 and is the original architect and designer of the Halo Secure Web Based POS product. Kevin is dedicated to designing simple solutions that solve complex problems. Kevin is the Chief Product Strategist responsible for the company’s future product direction and innovation. Kevin has spent 17 years in the software industry and has previously been involved in several start-ups. Kevin studied Anthropology at University College of the Fraser Valley and Systems Analysis at the British Columbia Institute of Technology. In 2007 Kevin was named to the Vancouver 2007 'Top 40 under 40' list. |

Kevin Froese - Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing

| Kevin has served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing with Vivonet since 2004. As the brand architect behind Halo Secure Web Based POS and the creator of Vivonet’s software-as-a-service (SaaS) direct sales model, Kevin is passionate about continuing to build Vivonet as a world class SaaS company. Kevin is accountable for the delivery of organic recurring revenue growth and for transforming retailers into clients that are enthusiastic promoters for Vivonet. Additionally, Kevin is responsible for all aspects of branding, marketing, corporate communication and culture initiatives. Kevin has spent 13 years in business to business technology and previously has held senior management positions with Titan Corporation (now L-3 Communications NYSE: LLL) subsidiary Cayenta and Class Software Solutions (now Active.com). Kevin studied Kinesiology and Chemistry at Simon Fraser University. |

Paul Needham - Vice President, Operations

Born and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia, Paul has been fortunate to work with some outstanding teams and achieve success with a number of prominent North American technology companies. Most recently, Paul was Vice President of Operations at Parasun Technologies; a global provider of software-as-a-service based internet provisioning management and monitoring systems for the cable and utility industries. Under Paul’s leadership, the Parasun team supported over 200,000 end users and handled in excess of 500,000 support calls per year into their distributed contact center. Paul is an involved member of both the technology and local community, having participated in the B.C. Technology Industry Association (BCTIA), the Vancouver Board of Trade, Virtus’ executive exchange group, the Junior Achievement Organization, as well as various other charitable and networking organizations. |

Fred Tummonds - Vice President of Product

| With over 17 years experience in the software industry, Fred has successfully managed and led product teams at both Fortune 500 and start-up companies and has a proven track record of defining, building and delivering customer driven products. His passion for software started at the young age of 10, when he designed and wrote his first software program – a video game for the TRS-80. Since then, Fred has continued to foster his interest in software development and design, and has worked alongside some of the most experienced technology professionals in the industry. Fred spent 11 years at Business Objects (formerly Crystal Decisions) where he was VP of Enterprise Reporting, overseeing three releases of Crystal Reports which generated over $80 million in annual revenue. Prior to joining Vivonet, Fred was co-founder and CTO at Indicee, a SaaS business intelligence company which won the 2010 BCTIA Most Promising Startup Award. |

Paul Birkness - Vice President of Payment Industry Strategy

| Paul joined the Vivonet team in 2011 in order to help the company identify opportunities for growth through strategic partnerships with companies in the Payments Industry. Prior to joining Vivonet, Paul was the Vice President, Strategy and Innovation for Moneris Solutions Corp., North America’s sixth largest payment processor by volume, and has prior experience in both software and consulting. He has a broad background of experience that includes Finance, Marketing, Business Development, M&A, and Strategy. Paul has been involved in innovation throughout his career and has been the leader of many new strategic ventures in the companies he has worked for. Paul has an MBA from the York University’s Schulich School of Business and is qualified as a Chartered Accountant. |
